当今市场的格局正在发生着重大的变化,经济全球化不仅是现在更是未来的主导,为了实现“树立全球品牌”的品牌战略,公司正在进行着新的一轮转型升级,公司将继续坚持“内强素质,抓管理降成本;外拓市场,抓营销创品牌”的管理理念,从研发设计、市场拓展、销售产值等各方面进行突破。

研发设计:
公司将保持每年投入销售额的 5 %用于研发费用及新设备采购费用,确保公司始终处于行业的领先水平。
公司将保持每年 10 款新产品研发,同时投入市场和客户见面,并且确保每次研发的产品都能很好的和市场对接。

市场拓展:
目前公司的国际市场已具规模,产品远销美州,欧州,中东,东南亚及港台地区,已经和Carrefour、wal-mart、disney等很多大型卖场建立合作关系。下一步公司将继续加强国际市场的拓展和国际客户的开发。争取使公司的产品能遍布全球的每个角落。

现在中国已经成为世界上第二大经济体,国内市场的空间巨大,公司已经着手国内市场的拓展,有部分产品已经在国内市场上销售,且反应良好。

未来电子商务的发展必然是时代的潮流和趋势,特别是国内的电商发展,2014年国内的电商销售占全球电商销售比例的24%。本公司已经和知名电商阿里巴巴合作近3年,对于公司的品牌推广、销售提升等均有明显的改善,下一步公司将继续加大在电商平台的拓展,希望通过电商平台,使公司的触角延伸更加迅速、更加有力。

销售产值:
计划2015年产值达到1.5亿元人民币;
计划2016年产值达到2亿元人民币;
计划2018年产值达到3亿元人民币。

Nowadays the market instruction is undergoing the big changes, economic globalization prevails the market not only now but also in the future. In order to achieve the brand strategy of “ Building global brand” , the company is carrying on the new round of transformation and upgrading , and will continue to adhere the management idea of “ enhancing the diathesis , focusing on the management ,reducing the cost , expanding market , Grasping the marketing , Creating brand” . Break through the R&D, market development, sales, production and so on.


R&D

The company continuously investing 5% of annual turnover for R&D and new equipment procurement, ensuring the company always been in the leading level of the industry.

The company keep developing about 10 new items every year, and ensure all the new developed items can meet the market’s requirement.


Market expanding

The company’s products has been selling world widely, including America, Europe,  Middle East area, Southeast Asia, Australia etc. and establish a good cooperation relationship with Carrefour, Wal-mart, Disney etc. We will continuously strengthen the development of expansion of international market. Strive to make the company’s products to every corner around the world.


Now China has become the second-largest economy of the world, so the domestic market space is large, and the company has begun to expand the domestic market, by selling some goods in the domestic market successfully with good market response.


The e-commerce must be the trend of times in the future, especially the domestic e-commerce development. In 2014, the domestic e-commerce sales accounted for 24% of global e-commerce sales proportion. Our company has cooperated with well-known e-commerce contractor Alibaba nearly three years. It has obvious improvement on company’s brand promotion and sales promotion. We will continue to increase e-commerce business platform, with aim at achieving more quickly, more powerful point through the e-commerce business platform.
