What is your minimum order quantity?›
MOQ starts from 5,000 sets per SKU for most products. For selected hot items from our catalog (private label path), lower MOQ options are available. If you're ordering multiple SKUs, we can discuss combined minimums. Contact us with your product list and we'll confirm immediately.
Do I need to pay for mold design?›
No — for qualifying OEM orders, Kaywin provides free mold design. Most factories charge ¥8,000–30,000 per mold. We absorb this cost as part of the OEM partnership. If you supply your own mold files or physical molds, we can work with those directly.
How long does it take from inquiry to first delivery?›
For private label (catalog styles): sample in 3 days, bulk delivery from ~35 days. For full OEM custom products: sample in 7–21 days depending on complexity, bulk delivery in 45–60 days from confirmed order. We provide a full timeline at the proposal stage.
Can you match our specific Pantone color or competitor product?›
Yes. Our in-house lab develops custom ink formulas matched to your Pantone reference or a physical product sample you send us. We also provide a 350-meter drawing length test report for each ink batch — so you can benchmark against your current supplier before committing.
We sell in Brazil / tropical markets — can your ink handle the humidity?›
Yes, this is a specific capability we've built for South American partners. We formulate humidity-adapted inks that maintain viscosity stability and prevent cap-seal drying in 85–95% humidity environments. We've supplied brands in Brazil, Colombia, and Nicaragua with region-specific formulations.
What certifications can you provide for the European market?›
We provide: EN71 Parts 1/2/3/9 (children's toy/stationery safety), REACH compliance, and ASTM D-4236. We also hold BSCI, ISO 9001/14001/45001, and have passed Walmart and ICS audits. Full test reports are available on request before you place an order.
Will you keep my product design confidential?›
Yes. We sign a full NDA before any design files or specifications are shared. Your mold designs, ink formulas, and packaging artwork are treated as exclusive IP — we do not share, replicate, or supply similar designs to competing brands.
What's the difference between OEM, ODM, and Private Label at Kaywin?›
OEM: you own the product spec, we manufacture to it. ODM: we design the product together based on your brief. Private Label: you apply your brand to our existing ready-made styles. All three are available at Kaywin — and many brands start with private label, then graduate to full OEM as volume grows.
